Webhook Sync Errors Elevated

This morning for about 3 minutes from 4:29 am to 4:32 am PST we had webhooks sync errors. These errors can indicate that some percentage of events were not distributed by webhooks. We are investigating but it seems to us that the impact was internal and not for webhooks of external customers.
